Добро пожаловать в наш невероятно атмосферный загородный дом "Сартаково", где современный комфорт встречается с природной красотой.
Идеально подходит для: семейного отдыха, романтических выходных, отдыха с друзьями, проведения свадеб, вечеринок, корпоративов.
Дом 2019 года постройки. Кирпичный, евроремонт, стеклопакеты, плитка. Полностью меблирован.
Вместимость 30 человек-банкетный зал, 25 спальных мест.
В коттедже есть: сауна, хамам, бассейн, бильярд, теннисный стол, караоке, музыкальный центр, цветомузыка.
На территории: ухоженная территория, качели, меблированная беседка с мангалом и грилем. Казан на 22 литра, коптильня.

Расположение
- В 12 минутах езды от автостанции "Щербинки" в сторону поселка новинки;
-Доступность до аэропорта "Стригино";
-В 300 метрах от церкви Сартаково, где имеется живописное озеро,
Прекрасная прогулочная зона, музей, купели.

Заезд в 15.00, выезд до 12.00.
Шуметь внутри дома можно, но разумно. На террасе, мангальной зоне действуют "тихие часы" с 22.00 до 08.00. Нельзя с животными (заранее приносим извинения) и с фейерверками (есть отдельная зона).
