Advantages:

Улица Варварская находится в центре города, удобное расположение, всё в шаговой доступности. Тихое место, окна во двор, охраняемая территория.

Disadvantages:

Номер на двоих немного маленький.В ванной комнате, при включении воды слышит звук насоса который качает воду и наполняет её в трубы. К звуку нужно привыкнуть, с первого раза аж испугалась)
