Advantages:

Ничего хорошо. Ну разве что метро рядом.

Disadvantages:

Грязно, все разваливается. Если бы мы заселялись не ночью, мы бы убежали оттуда. Ещё и депозит берут, выбивали его с боем. Категорично не советую.

Приехали в не понятном состоянии. Ужасно пахло от данных клиентов. Долго мы думали брать ли таких людей. Но пожалели и взяли. Оставили после себя ужас/вся посуда грязная, плита залитая жиром, ходили в обуви уличной/Не советую брать данных людишек! Залог вернули. Клининг еще и вызывали за свой счет!
