Advantages:

Несмотря на то, что в доме на первом этаже находятся несколько ресторанов, в квартире тихо. До кремля минут 15 пешком, рядом продуктовые магазины, с доставками еды тоже нет проблем. Заселение бесконтактное, что очень удобно. Постельное бельё новое. Посуда тоже очень приличная.

Disadvantages:

Достаточно грязный двор: плохо вывозят мусор. Подъезд тоже требует ремонта. В ванной было сложно настроить воду( подмес воды)
