Дом рядом с ТЦ «Фантастика», магазинами «Лента», «Пятерочка», «Магнит», больницей им. Семашко, «Визус». 10 минут на общественном транспорте до канатной дороги, набережной, Кремля.
Курение, мероприятия, вечеринки строго запрещены. На этаже, лифте, придомовой территории установлены видеокамеры, что обеспечивает спокойное и безопасное проживание. При заселении оформляется договор с предоставлением паспорта. Заселение после 14:00, выезд до 12:00.
