Advantages:

В квартире чисто, уютно, все, что нужно, хозяин предоставил. Заселение и выезд прошли комфортно. Хозяин всегда на связи. В квартире тепло.

Disadvantages:

Немного далековато от центра, но транспорт ходит неплохо, чаще ездили на такси. Район новый, когда уже начали ориентироваться все стало понятно.
