Advantages:

Понравилось бесконтактное заселение, и чистота в квартире. Заселили вовремя, все хорошо, если ещё раз поедем в НН, в принципе можно выбрать эту же квартиру. Расположение в спальном районе, соотношение цена - качество на 5!
