Advantages:

Местоположение, недалеко от центра, удобная развязка, отдельный вход, личный двор, для курящих это очень удобно, есть все удобства, бесплатная стоянка для автомобиля, приветливая хозяйка, всегда на связи. Ночевали 2 ночи, остались довольны, недорого.
