Представляю вашему вниманию, новую квартиру, с прекрасными видами из окон на 16 этаже в новом жк. Комфортно в квартире могут разместиться до 5 человек. В шаговой доступности находится аквапарк Океанис, дворец спорта Нагорный. До центра города на машине 10 мин.
Ремонт был закончен недавно. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания. На кухне и в ванной имеется вся бытовая техника, которая сделает всю работу по дому за вас.
В прихожей и спальне есть шкафы для хранения вещей. В спальне очень удобная, большая, двуспальная кровать. В кухне-гостиной не менее удобный диван-кровать. Так же в спальне имеется очень комфортное кресло кровать.
Из окон открывается панорамный вид на город, ну и конечно, на знаменитые Нижегородские закаты.
