Новый коттедж в коттеджном посёлке "Русская Деревня" 320 кв.м., 6 ком. В 20 км. от Н.Новгорода в 1 км. от Богородской трассы. Лес. Большое озеро "Ефимьевское" с пляжем. Горка у коттеджа (зим.). Сауна + комната отдыха. Купель из Алтайского кедра. Большой бильярдный профессиональный стол. Просторная, уютная кухня. Всё новое в основном из натурального дерева, например, раковина ручной работы. Мангальная зона, большой батут, качели, гамак. Чистый воздух, очень приятное место.

Двухспальные и односпальные кровати, диваны, шкафы, стулья, кухонный гарнитур, комоды и прочее.

Advantages:

Таких гостей как мы наверняка в этом коттедже ещё не было - мы снимали его, чтобы все выходные играть в настольные игры))) Для нас специально достали ещё несколько столов, что очень порадовало, но и имеющиеся по умолчанию шикарный банкетный стол и бильярд тоже были удобными плацдармами для настольных баталий) Очень понравилось, что основная часть спальных мест находится на верхнем этаже и засидевшиеся допоздна почти не мешают спать тем, кто ушел спать раньше. Два больших санузла на разных этажах, один с ванной, другой с душевой кабиной, очень сокращали утренние очереди в душ - большинство коттеджей, которые мы снимали до этого имели только один душ. В целом мы все остались в полном восторге.
