Заселение было своевременное, квартира чистая и уютная. Локация для меня была не принципиальная, так как я на машине. Район новый, красивый. Хозяйка дружелюбная и отзывчивая.

Advantages:

Было позднее заселение и переводила дополнительный залог. Очень волновалась, но арендодатель отличный. Квартира чистая, есть много очень приятных расходников. Жила неделю, на все вопросы быстро отвечали, никаких проблем. Всё чисто, аккуратно, интернет хороший, спокойно работала. Исключительно приятные впечатления. Рекомендую.
