Advantages:

Квартира как на фото, хозяйка заранее позвонила - обговорили время заселения и, когда мы подъехали, нас ждали - быстро и спокойно заселили! Квартира просторная! Хоть и на первом этаже, но находится высоко, в окна никто не заглядывает! Расположение удобное, рядом и Магнит, и Спар! Все отлично!

Advantages:

Все хорошо, чисто, аккуратно. Разместились восьмером без проблем. От центра далековато, но зато нет проблем с парковками в праздники, а в центр можно и на такси.

Disadvantages:

Нет. В жизни все выглядит даже чуть лучше, чем на фото.
