Сдается треугольный дом на видовом участке 18 соток.
Это не стандартный треугольный дом, как вы привыкли видеть в области дома 6х6 метров с внутренней площадью 40 м2. Этот дом на 100 м2. У нас две полноценные спальни с двуспальными кроватями. Одна на первом этаже, вторая на втором с большим панорамными окном 2х2 в крыше, прямо над кроватью. В кухне/гостиной диван, итого 4-6 человек может расположиться комфортно. На полу уложен керамогранит с теплым полом, даже в самый холодный день вам будет приятно ходить по полу босиком. Ну а если вы все же любите по горячее, то для вас в доме есть сауна с панорамным окном 2х2 метра, там уж точно согреетесь. Цветовая палитра внутренней отделки: белый, темно серый и светло серый. Акценты выполнены и дерева цвета орех. Все цвета спокойные, и не будут отвлекать от отдыха и природы.
На территории расположена костровая и мангальная зоны с прекрасным видом на реку и город дзержинск, а это значит, что салюты будут прекрасно обозреваться прямом с террасы.
Приезжайте отдыхать, катать на сноуборде, лыжах да и просто насладится природой. Стоимость указана за сутки в будни и не праздничные дни.
