Маленький, но очень симпатичный домик. Подойдет как для двоих так и для семьи из 5 человек.
Располагается в экологически чистом месте Нижегородской области на берегу Горьковского моря в устье р.Троца. Есть пляж, спуск небольших лодок в шаговой доступности.
В доме есть туалет, душ с горячей водой. Кухня с холодильником, электрочайник, электроплита, микроволновка. Тв по запросу.
У дома своя веранда со столом и лавочками, мангал. (решетки, угли, розжиг с собой)
На территории прокат сап, обучение виндсерфингу, сноукайтингу. Есть волейбольная площадка, качели для детей.
