Advantages:

Совсем рядом с Волгой, не прям на реке но нужно пройти метров 50-100. Это что то, типа палаточного лагеря, но только вместо палаток, домики. В домиках кровати, вода холодная и горячая. Кухня с газовой плитой. Небольшой санузел. К домику примыкает открытая терраса, на которой можно поставить стол и стулья. Таких домиков штук шесть. Вокруг деревья и пекла нет.
