Advantages:

Отлично, что не пришлось ждать хозяйку - ключ был в сейфе у двери. квартира небольшая, но зато комнатки отдельные, никто никому не мешал. Посуда нужная есть, можно готовить.

Disadvantages:

Нареканий нет. Для бюджетного туриста отличный вариант.
